Before Raise the Cycle, there was Reclaiming Menarche.

In 2021, I curated and hosted Reclaiming Menarche, a nine-part podcast series featuring conversations with people whose work and ideas contributed to my early exploration of menstrual cycle awareness and education.

These conversations form part of my journey into this field, capturing the questions, ideas and perspectives that helped shape my thinking at the time.

My work has continued to evolve since then, informed by further study, including two years study at masters level, and a deepening engagement with menstrual cycle education and research.

The conversations remain available on Spotify and other major podcast platforms. I'm sharing them here as part of the story behind Raise the Cycle, and in the spirit of curiosity, generosity and shared learning that continues to underpin this work.
